SELAH of Idaho - A place to connect where every family's journey is unique!

 

SELAH (Supporting & Encouraging Local Area Homeschoolers) exists to support, encourage and connect families on their homeschool journey. It is our goal to help facilitate opportunities for families to build lasting friendships while enhancing their homeschooling experience. SELAH encourages members to take the lead in coordinating activities for their children, inviting other SELAH families to join them on their journey. We know how busy homeschool families are. We’re not here to add more to your plate, but to make what’s on your plate a bit more enjoyable.

 

SELAH's first chapter was founded in Dallas, Texas in 2008 with the Idaho chapter following in 2014. In 2021 SELAH Colorado launched, encouraging homeschool moms in the Colorado Springs area.

 

SELAH began with a desire to connect and encourage homeschool families. We are a Christian group seeking to come alongside all homeschoolers but do not require a statement of faith in order for you to participate. Homeschooling is growing by leaps and bounds, with families choosing to educate their children at home for a variety of reasons. Regardless of your convictions, why or how you choose to homeschool your kids, we're here to help!
